- This standard defines: ——requirements for information exchange between automated control systems for technological processes of electric power facilities and automated dispatch control systems of dispatch centers of operational dispatch control entities in the electric power industry, associated with the implementation of remote control of power grid equipment and relay protection and automation devices of electric power facilities, generating equipment wind (wind electric) and solar power plants, setting the planned capacity of hydroelectric power plants connected to centralized systems for automatic control of frequency and power flows, from dispatch centers of the subject of operational dispatch control in the electric power industry (hereinafter referred to as information exchange for remote control from dispatch centers); ——the procedure for checking information exchange between automated control systems for the technological process of electric power facilities and automated dispatch control systems of dispatch centers of the subject of operational dispatch control in the electric power industry for the implementation of remote control from dispatch centers (hereinafter referred to as verification of information exchange). This standard is intended for subjects of operational dispatch control in the electric power industry, organizations that are owners or other legal owners of electrical substations, switching points with a higher voltage level of 110 kV and higher, power plants with an installed generating capacity of 5 MW or more; organizations carrying out activities in the design, development, manufacture, installation, commissioning, operation and testing of automated control systems for technological processes of electric power facilities
