- 4.1 The qualifications for investigating, designing, constructing, and supervising the permeable bag dam should meet the qualification requirements of Jiangxi Province for tailing reservoir construction. 4.2 For tailing reservoirs using permeable bags to construct the dam, the classification, structure grade, flood control standard, minimum safety coefficient for slope stability against sliding shall comply with the requirements of GB 39496. 4.3 When constructing a permeable bag dam on the tailing beach surface, the construction rate should be controlled. 4.4 Before constructing a permeable bag dam, a permeable bag dam test should be conducted on-site and the results submitted. 4.5 The fill material for the permeable bags should have fluidity with a content of particles ≤0.005mm not exceeding 10%. 4.6 The permeable bag material should possess anti-aging, corrosion resistance, water permeability, sand retention, and anti-siltation properties. For permanent permeable bag dams, the tensile strength in both directions of the permeable bag material should be no less than 30 kN/m; for temporary permeable bag dams, it should be no less than 20 kN/m. Other performance indicators should meet the requirements specified in GB/T 17641. 4.7 The height of each construction period’s permeable bag dam is recommended to be controlled within 10 meters, and the sub-dam height within each level should not exceed 5 meters. The thickness of a single-layer permeable bag structure after formation should not exceed 1 meter. 4.8 After the permeable bag dam construction is completed, it is advisable to cover it. 4.9 Monitoring of the permeable bag dam should be carried out after its投入使用后。 4.10 A final acceptance inspection should be conducted upon completion of each construction period of the permeable bag dam.
