Scope: This standard applies to waste generated during the demolition of buildings and structures, as well as reconstruction and major repairs of buildings and structures. This standard establishes the rules for sorting construction waste generated during the demolition of buildings and structures at a demolition site or a specialized facility for the subsequent disposal of waste (hereinafter referred to as waste) produced in all climatic regions of the Russian Federation, as well as requirements for the rules for their transportation. This standard does not apply to radioactive construction waste generated as a result of demolition and dismantling of buildings and structures at nuclear industry enterprises
