Scope: This document provides the issuance, registration, circulation, pledge, offset, management and supervision methods of forestry carbon stamps and the basic principles for forestry carbon stamp project management. This document is applicable to the monitoring, accounting and review of forest management projects and forestry carbon ticket trading management under the voluntary greenhouse gas emission reduction market mechanism. It can be used as a reference for the review and verification of forestry carbon sequestration projects under other carbon emission reduction mechanisms or markets.
