Scope: This standard establishes requirements for the quality and consumer characteristics of services that reflect the specifics and distinctive features of the transportation of goods by specialized freight trains by rail across the territory of the Russian Federation. In this standard, dedicated freight trains are defined as freight trains scheduled to depart and arrive at agreed times, expressed in hours, and/or at increased speeds.
