- This standard establishes safety requirements for tourism services, including active types of travel and recreation, formed by tourism organizations and individual entrepreneurs in the Arctic zone of the Russian Federation (AZ RF). This standard applies to organizations, regardless of their social and legal forms and forms of ownership, as well as to individual entrepreneurs providing active tourism services in the AZ of the Russian Federation
