Scope

6. To address the requirements for compatibility adaptation services: Service Content Requirements This requirement includes: a) Service providers should offer an adaptation environment for information technology application innovation chip architectures, databases, middleware, and other components to meet user adaptation needs, issuing mutual certification certificates of compatibility (standards related to mutual trust work will be formulated and released separately); b) Service providers should provide full-process technical breakthrough support services for adaptation, including technical consultation, technical exchanges, technical promotion, and technology transfer, aiming to reduce user adaptation resistance as much as possible and enhance the capabilities of technical personnel. Service Capability Requirements 6.2.1 Venue Requirements Service providers should have fixed premises suitable for conducting compatibility adaptation, such as adaptation research and development offices and equipment storage areas. 6.2.2 Equipment and Facility Requirements This requirement includes: a) Service providers must possess a local IT application innovation hardware-software environment in Jiangsu Province, including mainstream domestic CPUs, operating systems, databases, middleware, and flow-based software; b) Service providers should establish an adaptation platform supporting remote compatibility adaptation, ensuring the platform's stability and reliability. Note: Mainstream domestic refers to products that have passed security and reliability testing. 6.2.3 Personnel Requirements Service providers must have a complete personnel structure. Among those engaged in adaptation services, there should be no fewer than 10 individuals with a bachelor’s degree or intermediate professional title, possessing rich experience in technical breakthroughs and strong technical capabilities. 6.2.4 Business Management Requirements Service providers should establish clear application procedures for compatibility adaptation business, operational norms, execution work standards, and on-site management regulations to meet the relevant mutual certification management requirements of the Jiangsu Province Information Technology Application Innovation Working Committee.
