Scope
6.1.1 User Information Collection 6.1.1.1 Overview The product should support the collection of basic user information through online and offline tools such as web portals, mobile apps, WeChat public accounts, mini-programs, or IoT devices, and provide statistical services based on different indicators in various forms to display statistical results. 6.1.1.2 Basic Functionality The product should possess basic functions such as data access and information entry, supporting the collection of personal basic information through internet channels or IoT devices, and displaying various types of data from multiple dimensions. a) Support for Internet data integration including age, gender, height, weight, waist circumference, hip circumference, blood sugar, blood pressure, lipids, smoking status, drinking status, sleep quality, physical activity level, and complications associated with diabetes; all data should be uniformly structured and stored. b) Support for collecting detailed information related to diabetes through internet channels such as web portals, mobile apps, WeChat public accounts, mini-programs, etc., including daily diet, medical history, various test results, etc. c) Support for real-time collection of personal vital signs using wearable IoT devices. d) Based on user data such as user type and health management behavior, provide statistical services based on multiple indicators and support multiple display forms to facilitate the feedback of results, assisting various levels of healthcare institutions in managing diabetes patients. 6.1.2 Health Indicator Management 6.1.2.1 Overview The product is applicable for automatically transmitting health indicators through wearable devices combined with manual user entries. The system should provide precise health indicator management suggestions based on the user's disease stage, aiding users in understanding their own health status and promoting self-management behavior of diabetes. 6.1.2.2 Basic Functionality It should possess basic functions such as data transmission, manual data entry, automatic interpretation of indicators, and pushing results. a) Data Transmission: Support for users to automatically transmit related health indicators from home devices (such as blood pressure monitors, glucometers, electronic scales that can send data via Bluetooth) to mobile applications. b) Manual Data Entry: Support for manually entering measurement results such as blood sugar, blood pressure, lipids, and creatinine obtained in communities, clinics, or homes into the mobile application, supporting unified management and viewing of diabetes-related data. c) Automatic Interpretation of Indicators: Based on guidelines, textbooks, and other literature, the system should automatically interpret indicators based on the user's current disease stage and provide corresponding follow-up recommendation advice.
