Scope: This standard establishes general requirements for interfaces and protocols for high-speed inter-instrument information exchange and integration of on-board systems of spacecraft and ground infrastructure systems of the SpaceWire-RUS technology. This standard applies to service and payload systems of spacecraft and other aircraft, as well as ground infrastructure systems. This standard is applied in cases in which its use is prescribed by the requirements of the technical specifications, as well as during the implementation of international treaties and the implementation of international projects and programs with the mutual agreement of all interested parties
