GOST R 59787-2021 - Std. & Spec

Scope: This International Standard specifies requirements and practical recommendations for the collection, transport, administration and processing of biological material intended for clinical laboratory research. This standard applies to clinical laboratories and health care organizations (hereinafter referred to as the organization) involved in pre-analytical laboratory processes that include request for research, patient preparation and identification, collection of biological material, transportation, reception and storage. It may also be applicable to some biobanks/biological sample repositories. This standard does not apply to blood and blood products intended for transfusion.
