Scope
This standard stipulates the basic requirements, service objects and content, service processes and service requirements, service supervision, evaluation and improvement of public employment agency services. This standard applies to public employment agencies at or above the district (county) level (hereinafter referred to as "employment service agencies") and public employment service centers (offices, stations) in streets (townships) and communities (administrative villages) below the district (county level) (hereinafter referred to as the "Grassroots Job Introduction Service Platform") provides job introduction services.
