Scope: This standard establishes requirements for educational organizations providing services related to shooting and the ability to handle weapons, for their participation in periodic inspections of private security guards and employees of legal entities with special statutory tasks for suitability for actions in conditions associated with the use of firearms and special means (hereinafter referred to as periodic inspections) ([1], Article 12 [2], Article 6 [3], Article 12.3 [4], paragraph 9 [5], [6]). The purpose of this standard is to define the standard conditions necessary for participation in periodic inspections, which must be met by an educational organization participating or expressing a desire to participate in periodic inspections
