Scope

This standard specifies requirements for the general competence of assessors involved in the accreditation of certification bodies/conformity assessment bodies. The purpose of this standard is to enable accreditation bodies to implement ISO/IEC 17011 for the accreditation of certification bodies (CBs)/conformity assessment bodies (CABs) in a consistent manner.
