- This standard is applicable to the design, construction and acceptance of non-load-bearing peripheral retaining wall projects for newly built, expanded or renovated industrial and civil buildings with a building height of no more than 54m in areas with seismic fortification intensity not greater than 8 degrees in Hebei Province. When the building height exceeds the above regulations, experts should be organized to conduct special demonstrations.
