This document stipulates the technical requirements, hygienic requirements and test methods for the production and processing of Xiangshan’s Sudanese fish. This document applies to non-ready-to-eat prepackaged foods that use Sudanese fish as raw material, with or without the addition of ingredients, are produced and processed through pretreatment, pickling, seasoning, quick freezing and other processes, and are stored, transported and sold at low temperatures.
