Scope: This standard applies to upper limb prosthetics services provided by prosthetic and orthopedic enterprises, medical and preventive institutions and institutions with specialized centers for primary, complex and atypical prosthetics (hereinafter referred to as organizations): 　——persons recognized as disabled (except for persons recognized as disabled due to industrial accidents and occupational diseases), and persons under the age of 18 who are classified as “disabled children” (hereinafter referred to as disabled people); 　——various categories of citizens who are not disabled. The standard establishes the composition, content and procedure for providing these services
