Scope: This document stipulates the basic principles that should be followed when using blockchain technology for cross-domain data distribution in the process of cultural digital content transactions carried out by the cultural data service center with cultural data transaction functions (hereinafter referred to as the "Cultural Big Data Transaction Center") under the national cultural big data system, mainly including basic principles, application scenarios, blockchain capabilities, deployment methods, operation and management requirements, etc. This document is applicable to the activities such as blockchain system development, blockchain node deployment, blockchain data application, blockchain operation and maintenance management required for cross-domain data sharing between the cultural data transaction system deployed in the national cultural special network and various business systems deployed in the Internet or cultural institutions’ special network.
