- This part of the "Digital Cinema Packaging" standard specifies the syntax for encrypting digital cinema non-interleaved MXF frame encapsulation track files that comply with GY/T 293.1-2015, and a matching reference decryption model. This syntax uses the AES cryptographic algorithm to encrypt basic data, and uses the HMAC-SHA1 algorithm to verify the integrity of the basic data as needed. This section assumes that the keys required to decrypt and verify the integrity of encrypted track files are available on demand. It does not specify how keys and key usage rights are managed in digital cinema distribution and exhibition environments. It does not involve the use of watermarks, fingerprints or other security technology to provide additional protection, a universal MXF encryption framework is not defined. This section applies to digital movie packaging.
