- Pipette 200 μL of sample solution to be tested into the gold-labeled micropore (5.3.1), pump 5 to 10 times to mix evenly, incubate at 35°C for 5 minutes, and turn the sample end of the test strip (5.3.2) vertically Insert it into the gold-labeled microwell, incubate at 35°C for 5 minutes, take out the test strip, and judge the result. Note 1: It is recommended to follow the test strip instructions for the measurement steps. Note 2: A colloidal gold reader can be used to determine the results.
