The foaming agent is prepared into foam by physical methods, and then the foam is added to the slurry made of cementitious materials, water, admixtures and other additives, and then mixed, poured, formed, and cured to form a lightweight partition board. Its strength is generally 0.3-1Mpa, and its density is 500-700kg/m3. Due to its porous and lightweight nature, it has the characteristics of heat preservation (heat transfer coefficient is 0.08-0.3W/m·K, and thermal resistance is 20-30 times that of ordinary concrete), heat insulation, sound insulation (sound absorption capacity is 0.09%-0.19%, which is 8 times that of ordinary concrete), and non-combustibility. It is widely used in building thermal insulation materials. In particular, energy-saving buildings are being widely promoted today. This process is safe and non-combustible, with a fire resistance rating of more than 2h. It will gradually replace the current organic thermal insulation materials such as polystyrene, and can be used with buildings with a durability of more than 50 years.
