Scope
Production process 6.1 Initial processing 6.1.1 Cut the pork chops into 5cm long sections, soak them in water for 3 hours, control the water; put them in a container, add salt, monosodium glutamate, pepper noodles, chicken essence, five-spice powder, pepper noodles, cooking wine, Ginger slices and chives, marinate for 2 hours. 6.1.2 Remove the ginger slices and chives from the marinated spareribs, add glutinous rice flour, steamed pork powder, and soybean noodles respectively and mix well. Wrap the spareribs with straw hearts and tie them up. Steam them in a steamer for 40 minutes and take them out. 6.2 Place the wok on high heat, add cooking oil and heat until it is 70% hot, add the steamed rice-flavored pork ribs and fry until golden brown, control the oil, and place on a plate.
