Scope

This document stipulates the construction requirements, management requirements, evaluation and improvement of canteens in nursing homes. This document is applicable to the construction and management of canteens in elderly care institutions. Canteens in other institutions such as street (community) home-based elderly care service centers (stations), elderly activity rooms, etc. can be used as a reference.
