Scope: This document stipulates the evaluation principles, evaluation content, evaluation index system, and evaluation method requirements for the barrier-free environment evaluation specifications. This document is applicable to the evaluation activities of barrier-free environments for new construction, expansion, and reconstruction in cities, counties, towns, townships, and villages. Among them, the city refers to the city at the prefecture level and above; the county (county-level city) refers to the county seat; the town refers to the town built-up area; the township refers to the township built-up area; the village refers to the natural village or community where the administrative village village committee is located, etc. Cities at the prefecture level and above and districts at the prefecture level and above shall implement the municipal work standards, counties (county-level cities) and towns shall implement the county work standards, and townships and administrative villages shall implement the village work standards.
