GOST R 59201-2021 - Std. & Spec

Scope: This standard establishes technical rules for the overhaul, repair and maintenance of public roads in order to ensure the safety and improvement of conditions for the continuous, safe and comfortable movement of vehicles at specified speeds and loads, as well as environmental protection. The standard is intended for use by road management authorities and contractors carrying out capital repairs, repairs and maintenance of public roads. The requirements of this standard do not apply to highways of industrial, construction, forestry and other production enterprises, roads intended for temporary use, roads located in special exclusion zones and constructed for defense needs or exclusively for sporting purposes.
