- This document stipulates the basic requirements, work responsibilities, working mechanisms and processes, work content and requirements for the linkage work between industrial product quality technical assistance and quality and safety supervision (referred to as linkage work). This document is applicable to regulatory authorities organizing quality and technical assistance activities for producers and sellers (referred to as business entities) who are found to have quality problems with industrial products during the supervision process.
