Production process 6.1 Initial processing 6.1.1 Wash the rice, soak it in warm water for 2 hours, and control the water; grind the rice into flour and sift out the coarse particles; add a little water to the fine rice noodles and mix well. 6.1.2 Put the moist rice noodles into a special waist-drum-shaped small wooden steamer, follow the upper edge of the steamer, flatten the rice noodles, place it on a special aluminum pot filled with boiling water, and steam it for 3 minutes until it becomes a cake. 6.2 Processing: Take a large bowl, add lotus root starch, soak with cold water and mix well; then rinse with boiling water and stir until it becomes transparent and cooked. Pour the steamed cake into the prepared lotus root starch bowl, pour in the brown sugar juice, sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds, cooked melon seeds, cooked peanut kernels, winter melon sugar granules, rose sugar, and preserved fruit, stir and serve.
