- This document specifies the terms and definitions, construction principles, system composition, contribution levels and application instructions of the scientific and technological innovation value assessment system for air transport enterprises, but does not involve specific assessment tools and software. The content aims to standardize the process and methods of innovation value assessment for air transport enterprises, provide a reference basis for corporate decision-making, and promote the upgrading of corporate innovation capabilities. The scope of application of this document includes: internal assessment, external assessment and third-party assessment of air transport enterprises. This document applies to air transport enterprises with the following needs: a) Assess the value benefits obtained by the enterprise from scientific and technological innovation; b) Assess the contribution value of the enterprise's scientific and technological innovation to innovation capabilities.
