- This document establishes the general principles and procedures for green factory evaluation in the sugar industry, and stipulates the evaluation requirements and the contents of the evaluation report. This document is applicable to the evaluation and construction of green factories in the sugar industry (excluding alcohol, paper production, granular meal, etc.) using sugar cane, beet or raw sugar as raw materials.
