The products covered by this standard are applicable to compression ignition diesel engine vehicles. However, the three-wheeled vehicles and low-speed trucks specified in GB 19756 may not be included. Diesel oil for vehicles that meets the requirements of this standard can meet the national Phase III emission requirements for motor vehicle pollutants.
