- This standard specifies the basic content and basic requirements for environmental protection design of offshore oil (gas) field development projects. This standard applies to newly built, reconstructed and expanded offshore oil (gas) field development projects, including offshore platforms, floating production systems, mooring systems, underwater production systems, submarine pipelines and onshore terminals. Onshore special ports or terminals, oil depots and other offshore oil (gas) field development ancillary projects should implement other corresponding regulations. In addition to implementing this standard, the environmental protection design of offshore oil (gas) field development projects and onshore terminals should also comply with relevant provisions of current national or local environmental protection regulations and standards. For parts not mentioned in this standard, the current environmental protection regulations, standards or specifications of relevant departments or localities can be referred to.
