Scope

This specification applies to crude oil, natural gas, water injection, and produced water treatment projects in newly built onshore oil and gas fields and long-distance oil and gas pipelines. Expansion and reconstruction projects may be carried out with reference to this specification. The preliminary design of other independent projects should implement corresponding industry standards.
