Scope

This standard specifies guidelines for the establishment and implementation of elements such as policies, objectives, organizations and responsibilities of onshore oil and gas drilling health, safety and environmental management systems. This standard applies to onshore oil and gas drilling construction teams. The beach drilling team can also refer to the implementation.
