- Scope
- This standard specifies the size, shape, weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marks and quality certificates of high-quality carbon structural steel hot-rolled steel sheets and strips. This standard applies to high-quality carbon structural steel hot-rolled steel plates and strips with a thickness not greater than 100 mm and a width not less than 600 mm (hereinafter referred to as steel plates and steel strips).
