- This standard divides the primary products of Gutian dried Tremella into six categories: whole-flower Tremella, whole-flower original Tremella, whole-flower small Tremella, whole-flower bulb, washed-flower Tremella, and fragmented Tremella. On the premise of meeting the basic requirements, all kinds of dry Tremella products are divided into special grade, first grade, second grade according to the color, shape, length of ear pieces, weight proportion of fragmented Tremella fuciformis, dry-to-wet ratio, impurity content and other indicators. There are four levels, including first-level and third-level, and the judgment rules are stipulated.
