GB/T 21085-2020 (English Version)

Scope: This standard specifies the style and item content of the three-certificate for motor vehicles. This standard is applicable to automobiles and their incomplete vehicles. Motorcycles (including mopeds), trailers, trolleybuses, tractors, wheeled special machinery vehicles, special-type motor vehicles and other vehicles that make up the tractor transport unit are manufactured and inspected. After being approved to leave Guangzhou, the "Motor Vehicle Exiting Certificate" will be issued with the vehicle.
