- This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and packaging, marking, transportation and storage of fluorescent grade yttrium and europium oxide. This standard applies to yttrium europium oxide obtained by extraction or other methods and used for making tricolor phosphor materials for lamps and color TV phosphors.
