- This standard specifies the color used to convey safety information, the use method and test method of safety color. This standard applies to the surface color of signals and signs used in public places such as industrial enterprises, transportation, construction, fire protection, warehouses, hospitals and theaters. This standard does not apply to colors used for light signaling, navigation, inland waterway and other purposes.
