GB/T 4798.7-2007 Environmental conditions existing in the application of electric and electronic products.Part 7: Portable and non-stationary use (English Version)
This part specifies the environmental parameter groups and their severity levels for portable and non-stationary products (including relocation, shutdown, maintenance, and repair). The environmental parameter group includes the following environmental conditions: ——environmental conditions for short-term placement and use of products; ——changes in environmental conditions caused by changes in locations; ——environmental conditions for products moving between different locations. The environmental conditions specified in this standard do not distinguish between the stages of product use, i.e. whether the product is only temporarily stationary or not, in a mobile and random state. Mobile and non-stationary use locations include land, offshore, weather-protected and non-weather-protected locations. Environmental conditions include mobility, which is part of portability and non-stationary use. The environmental conditions specified in this section are limited to those that directly affect product performance. Only such environmental conditions are considered. The effect of environmental conditions on the product is not specifically stated. Environmental conditions such as fire, explosion, plasma radiation, or all other unpredictable contingencies are excluded. In special occasions, the probability of accidents should be considered. The microclimate conditions inside the product are not included. See other parts of GB/T 4798 for stationary use, vehicles, ships, storage and transportation environmental conditions. A limited number of environmental condition levels cover a wide range of applications, and users of this standard should select the lowest level that covers the intended use conditions.
