- Scope
- This standard covers four classes - Eo 1, Eo 3, Eo 4 and Eo 5 — of fuel oil intended for heating purposes. For the various classes the requirements for certain essential properties apply as set forth in Table 1. The values of minimum pour point have been increased in this edition. Heavy fuel oils intended for heating having a low sulphur content (max. 1.0 %) are covered by a separate Swedish standard SIS 15 54 04, Low-sulphur heavy fuel oils for heating purposes.
