Scope: In order to meet the needs of oil and gas field surface engineering construction, strengthen the management of the preparation of oil and gas field surface construction engineering design documents, and ensure the quality of design documents and the unity and integrity of the content, this standard is formulated. This standard is applicable to the compilation of preliminary design documents for onshore oil and gas fields, coastal oil and gas fields, and offshore oil and gas fields onshore facilities for new construction, reconstruction and expansion projects. The compilation of preliminary design documents for surface construction projects of oil and gas fields shall not only comply with this standard, but also comply with the provisions of relevant current national standards.
