Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for the health, safety and environmental management of engineering and technical service contractors throughout the entire process from contractor HSE access, contractor selection, contract preparation, bidding, signing, project implementation to evaluation and assessment. This standard applies to the management of health, safety and environment of engineering and technical service contractors in the onshore petroleum industry.
