Scope: 1.0.1 This specification is formulated to standardize the construction of oil and gas field gathering and transportation pipeline projects and ensure the quality and safety of project construction. 1.0.2 This code is applicable to the new construction, reconstruction and construction of onshore oil field gathering and transportation steel pipelines with design pressure not greater than 32MPa and design temperature of -20℃~360℃ and onshore gas field gathering and transportation steel pipelines with design pressure not greater than 70MPa. Expansion project construction. This specification does not apply to the construction of gas field gathering and transportation pipeline projects where the volume content of hydrogen sulfide in natural gas is greater than or equal to 5%. 1.0.3 The construction of oil and gas field gathering and transportation pipeline projects shall not only comply with this specification, but also comply with the current relevant national standards.
