This standard specifies the monitoring items, indicator requirements, test methods and evaluation requirements for offshore oil and gas field energy conservation monitoring. This standard applies to energy conservation monitoring of offshore oil and gas production facilities. This standard does not apply to onshore terminals, and beach and sea oil fields can refer to it.
