Scope

This standard specifies the general principles for the construction of measurement stations, configuration of measurement facilities, oil quantity measurement and measurement verification for dynamic measurement of crude oil. This standard applies to the construction and measurement of metering stations (points) that use flow meters to transfer and measure commercial crude oil.
