Scope: This standard specifies the technical requirements and test methods for braking systems of commercial vehicles and trailers. This standard applies to M₂, M₃ and N motor vehicles and O trailers specified in GB/T 15089. This standard does not apply to the following vehicles: -- vehicles whose design speed does not exceed 25 km/h; -- trailers that cannot be coupled with motor vehicles whose design speed exceeds 25 km/h.
