Scope: This part of GB/T 20001 establishes the general principles and requirements for drafting guidelines and standards, and specifies the structure of guidelines and standards, as well as the rules for compiling and expressing elements such as standard names, scopes, general principles, factors to be considered and appendices. This part is applicable to the drafting of guidance standards for standardization objects of products, processes, services or systems in standards at all levels. This standard does not apply to the drafting of management system standards for which guidance is provided.
