2Scope / Description

This standard specifies the type, size and performance parameters, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of gray cast iron column airfoil radiators. This standard applies to gray cast iron column wing-shaped radiators using hot water and steam as heating media in industrial and civil buildings. When the heating medium is hot water, the temperature is lower than 130°C, the gray cast iron material is not lower than HT100, and the working pressure is 0.5MPa; the temperature is lower than 150°C, the material is not lower than HT150, and the working pressure is 0.8 MPa. When the heating medium is steam, the working pressure is 0.2MPa.
