It applies to LT-PEMFC systems used in distributed power stations that meet the following conditions: a) Hydrogen is used as the fuel; b) The rated electrical output power exceeds 10 kW; c) A proton exchange membrane serves as the electrolyte, and the stack operating temperature does not exceed 120°C; d) The output mode is either standalone operation or grid connection (integrated into a distribution network at 10 kV or below).
