2Scope / Description
This standard specifies the requirements for the service conditions, ratings, design and structure, type test and delivery test of high-voltage/low-voltage or low-voltage/high-voltage prefabricated substations. This standard applies to prefabricated substations with a rated AC voltage of 3.6kV~40.5kV on the high voltage side, including one or more transformers, operating frequency of 50 Hz or below, and installed outdoors in places that are accessible to the public and provide personnel protection. Note 1: The prefabricated substation is connected to the grid through cables and can be operated from its inside (entry type) or outside (non-entry type). For prefabricated substations connected to the grid through overhead lines, this standard can be referred to. Note 2: For prefabricated substations with rated voltage higher than 40.5kV, this standard can be referred to. Note 3: Pre-installed substations for charging piles, pre-installed substations for shore power, pre-installed photovoltaic substations, pre-installed wind power substations, pre-installed substations for traction, etc., can refer to this standard. See Appendix B for more detailed requirements for photovoltaic prefabricated substations. Note 4: For prefabricated substations installed indoors, this standard can be referred to. Prefabricated substations can be installed above ground, partly or fully below ground. The prefabricated substation consists of an enclosure and at least the following main electrical components: ——power transformer; ——high voltage and low voltage switchgear and control equipment; ——high voltage and low voltage internal connections; ——auxiliary equipment and circuits, etc. .
