This "Guideline" is divided into 10 chapters and 2 appendices. The main contents include: 1 General Principles, 2 Terms and Symbols, 3 Safety Protection Supplies, 4 Safety Protection Facilities, 5 Scaffolding Engineering Safety Protection, 6 Operating Platform, 7 Operation Requirements, 8 Construction Machinery Requirements, 9 Site and Material Storage Requirements, 10 Management Requirements. In the process of compiling this "Guideline", based on the investigation, analysis and summary of existing specifications and standards, and targeting green buildings, especially the characteristics of energy-saving projects, project safety management, and data management requirements, it clarifies the safety protection content of green construction height operations, forms corresponding safety protection technical criteria, and proposes safety technical measures unique to green construction height operations, which has a guiding role in the safety protection work of green construction height operations.
